"We almost missed the concert! At first I tried to download the app and put in a code to transfer 2 tickets via text, but it turned out my sister had some difficulty. The tickets wouldn't transfer. Way too complicated. We were advised to go to the box office. The box office worker had to cancel the transfer and weren't very helpful. Luckily we were in with all the hula-gins! There were some glitches with the speakers cutting off here and there but other than that had a blast dancing and singing along with Aly & Aj!"
